Emma arrived at the first session of ‘The Really Useful Antenatal course’ feeling scared of birth, but knowing that she wanted to learn.

Not only did she finish the course feeling genuinely confident and excited to give birth, but she and her husband Rob used everything they’d learnt on the course to achieve a positive birth and baby experience.
